MECCANICA CENTER can manufacture assembled guide rollers: from guide rollers mounted on a shaft, to guide rollers complete with bearings, shafts, supports and other elements. During the design phase particular attention has been paid to the maintenance aspect by seeking to make it quick and easy. MECCANICA CENTER can, in any case, satisfy the customer by manufacturing the product to their engineering requirements. Just like our wheels, the quality aspect when choosing
materials was essential:

• Roller body 42CrMo4 complies with uNI EN 10250-3, heat-treated and hardened with hardness up to 42-47 HRC;

• Axles 39NiCrMo3 comply to uNI EN 10023/1;

• Metal structures and covers S355JR.

Particular importance has been given to hardening which is specifically designed to increase durability.
At the end of the heat-treatment session, one of the following non-destructive tests must be carried out:

• 100% Pt test on the tread;

• 100% Mt test on the tread.
